50+ FITNESS
Resistance training for those of us who are over 50 years old requires technique that is applicable to our age, and tailored to our individual needs. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself when you're trying to improve your health! I know how to avoid those pitfalls, and how to approach lifting weight in a way that is safe, feels good and grows strength for folks in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond!
We will start with an assessment of your overall physical health, and then work together to determine your personal fitness goals; whether you want to tone up, lose fat, build muscle or all of the above! I will then formulate and prescribe an individualized, easy to follow, exercise program for you, which we will adapt as you grow stronger and reach your goals!

If you are a gal or guy who has always struggled to gain weight and build muscle, I know your pain. The struggle is real! Many, but not all, hardgainers are 'ectomorphs', which is a classification for a body that is usually long, lean and thin. I am an ectomorph, and I have learned the hard way what works and what doesn't when it comes to gaining healthy weight and muscle. There are a lot of programs out there offered for hardgainers by trainers who have no personal experience with what it means to actually be a hardgainer. I do. I am one of you. And I know how to put muscle on a thin body. Let me help you put muscle on yours!
