'Think & Grow Strong' Packages
1 MONTH PROGRAM - $125
I designed this 'Think & Grow Strong' Package specifically for Hardgainers, those ladies and gents who are tired of being thin and underweight and want to gain muscle size and put on some healthy weight. I have firsthand experience with this, and have developed a very effective strategy for success! This is an entry level 28 day, 3 days per week, full body workout program with weekly exercise adjustments built in. Perfect for those who are either just getting started, or have time constraints! This program focuses on compound exercises and full body workouts to fully activate the body's natural growth hormones and central nervous system and develop core strength, all while increasing muscle size and density! If you stick with this program, you will see gains. Then you can opt to start the Advanced Level to pack on even more muscle!

This program is a 28 day, 3 day split routine which targets 3 specific muscle groups twice a week, for a total of 6 workouts and one full rest day each week and weekly exercise adjustments built in. This approach allows for more volume and intensity for each workout, thus increasing focus and stimulation. This package is ideal for you who want to dedicate more effort and time to reach your muscle gain goals!
